San Francisco certainly can be a guiding light, a world-class city and pattern for our nation- in a positive, orderly, functioning, respectful, high quality of life manner. Won’t take much, beyond removal of all City Hall leaders and mass resigning/arrest of corrupt dpt heads

Replying to @richieSF2016
@chesaboudin and his enlightened usage of mass incarceration is a opportunity for San Francisco to be a guiding light and a world class city. No other world class civilization incarcerates as we do, If we want a law abiding society existence shouldn't be reliably illegal.4 replies 0 retweets 1 like -
San Francisco isn’t capable of being either by the looks of it. That phrase, “world class city” always makes me cringe as it was Gavins catch phrase, who in 2004 said homelessness in SF would be unrecognizable in 10 years.
