    and now you cut me off after 1hr 45minutes! You’ve got us over a barrel as we’re in a fixed term contract but as soon as that ends we’re off. Utterly shocking customer service.

    We should have been set up on 2nd September, still no service 5 days later. You promised an engineer appointment “within 72 hours” on Thursday and still waiting
