    Perhaps ask the hotel to explain why the guest was unhappy and ask for the review?

    As a Vermonter I was present. We left early at 10 pm. I had to work. The next day at my job at Hilton Garden Inn an Israeli guest checked out and left a horrible review in Hebrew to catch his flight back home. Read it if you'd like. It's the one on Main St.
