    Use of cluster bombs is atrocious. Dropping cluster bombs on civilian targets is a war crime. Russia must immediately cease their use and those responsible for casualties already caused must be held accountable by the ICC

  19. Putin must be held accountable for his actions – for initiating a war of aggression (crimes against peace) and possibly for targeting civilians, too (war crimes). At very least, he should not be allowed to travel, his assets should be frozen or seized, including his prized yacht

  21. Sanctions announced so far by the UK, EU & US are welcomed & mark a step in the right direction. But now we must go further. Russia’s leadership, institutions & economy must feel the full force of sanctions. It’s time for the next level, including cutting Russia off from SWIFT.
