#ThrowbackThursday is upon us once more! Today we're taking a look at the original opening image of Rialto Square Theatre from 1926. We're so grateful that the Ruben's brothers decided to create such a wonderful theatre in the city of Joliet. She's still standing strong today!pic.twitter.com/yo2BxmqRvY

Throwback to March 4, 1926! This was about three months before the Rialto first opened. It seems like there was still a lot to do construction-wise, but it all was completed in time! Do you have any family members that worked on the Rialto's construction?

#ThrowbackThursday! Fun fact: the light-up fountain fixtures in our rotunda used to be real working water fountains! In an effort to keep things clean, they were converted to decorative fixtures. They're still a beautiful piece of Rialto's rotunda!pic.twitter.com/zGNDxMg8Um
