it definitely is, i just think people who harp on the warehouse part of amazon are focusing on the wrong things, this is maybe one of the more innocuous parts of their business
the more important issue is obvi that you have a massive entity on track to intermediate almost every retail transaction in north america, but this is abstract compared to pretending their manual labor components are particularly worse than normal
