most of what he writes here is only really true of grains/legumes
for instance the stuff about sibo, production of endotoxin, calcium phosphorous ratio, etc.

also his understanding of insulin physiology is a bit simplistic. i do agree with him though that sugars/fruit are unfairly demonized and may have some advantages over starch
