I was thinking of "The Handmaid's Tale" in comparision. That alternative universe deals w/ misogyny hinting also to our current societies &

was written, produced etc. by mostly women. That's such a totally different approach. It's like if men wrote that book, the show &

produced it instead of those who are the experts on this field. It's baffling.

Why now is The Handmaid's Tale so convincing? Because this fiction breathes the experiences of women. I think if sb wanted to make a show

like this it should be predominantly PoCs themselves.
