35 years travelling with @cathaypacific and they have NEVER lost my bag. One 40 minute flight with @Delta and they lose a bag full of Christmas gifts for the whole family. 10 days later they still have no idea where it went. #deltaruinschristmas
@Delta has always been my American go-to airline. I would be so disappointed to learn that they lost your luggage and were not responsive enough about it!! Keep us posted!
