There is nothing to screw up. North Korea and South Korea have an understanding. NK acts up around March-May of every year allowing Kim to appear strong and SK to appear diplomatic. There is no chance of war, the North needs the South and the South has too much to lose.

What good is the removal of NKs nuclear programme if the US (or any other country) keep theirs? Just for the record, it was the US to flatten 80% of all North Korean cities and to kill millions of Koreans, not vice versa.
