Fun hypothetical. What if I came to your house and said “My grandparents used to live here so now it’s mine” then threw you out of the neighborhood and fenced you in an alley with no way out or in, and then, if you approached the fence, shot you in the head? What would you do?

Funny how you're stuck on the approaching the fence and not the permanent incarceration without rights

This analogy has been done ad-naseum so many times and it’s correct for any time a country has been taken over/over thrown etc. Native Americans in America etc. but it’s irrelevant, it’s been conquered. Only solutions are coexist in peace, segregation, or more senseless violence.

Negative, no added value of context, it’s understood that we will always have simpathy for the conquered, but they are indeed that, conquered. We can regret the losers of wars from the past, refight the wars, or make a better future. I choose the later.

Your assumption of ignorance due to disagreement is part of the problem. My premise was clear and not in defense of Israel. So continue on your assumptions of ignorance and that I have "talked to no Palestinians" etc. because my opinion differs from yours.

& no one is denying anything, again with the baseless accusations. Speak out in support, speak out against the inhuman blockade, but this idea that the “house is still ours” is one of moral self indulgence that is based on fantasy. Breaking News: Israel is not going anywhere.

Be dead? But seriously, a valid analogy. And suppose Congress designated the state of Alabama as a homeland for Native Americans. Others could stay but the Native Americans would run things. What would current Alabamians do? I have a guess.

I, an Alabamian and a Black, would like to give that scenario a try.

And furthermore...this is exactly what we did to our native Americans! It wasn’t right then and it isn’t right now. It has to stop! But how? Reza, what conversations have to had, what action has to be taken, what needs to be done now to get this to stop?

It's not even hard. Israel has to offer the Palestinians a just and generous solution for their crimes. They have never come close to doing this. The burglar doesn't get the keep the stolen loot.

You forgot the part about how the squatting grandparents’ 6,000,000 ancestors had just been murdered by the Nazis after millenia of global persecution every place they ran while the rest of the world watched.

I never said that. It is an undeniable factor in the motivations for Israel's survival as a nation and must be considered.

Well, wasn't the Holocaust committed in Europe? Why should the Middle East deal with Jews occupying their lands? It is the Europeans fault not ours, yet the western world still supporting this apartheid state.
