Why wouldn't a private business be able to toss someone for their pol. views? Pol. views aren't suspect or quasi-suspect classification, bars do not do things that would implicate public function doctrine, and anti-discrimin. laws don't have political views in their protections.

Caveat that California does protect political affiliation, but this seems to be arising out of a New York issue, so no need to dwell on that.
