The sign is perfectly legal. Any taxpayer has a right to spout such nonsense. What is illegal now is engaging in politics AND claiming a religious exemption from tax paying

I live in a country where church & state are not separate (we pay a church tax), yet the church holds no sway in politics while in US, where they are separate, greeting card christianity does. The Taliban's got nothing on us.
