Do you think there is a procedural move that they haven't tried? I've wondered about that, and hoped there was a way to derail the income redistribution bill they're considering.

There is not. They only need 50 votes to pass a tax bill. Short of chaining themselves to the Chamber doors and preventing Republicans from getting in (there are a lot of different entrances so this would be hard) there is nothing Democrats can do unfortunately.
