This really breaks my heart! Just because I was born here, I will never be more deserving of someone who literally put their life on the line for this country. They belong here!

Usually due to criminal conviction.

Doesn't make it alright...

Not sure.

This *Propagandized-Agenda* fails to mention~that since 2003~ The waiting period to become a citizen is 1 year (was 3) for *legal* immigrants who serve in the US Armed Forces. If they got deported ~they were in violation of some accordance of law~ either civilian or Military.
-
That's what they say...I think it was, Vice news, someone did an episode on it that showed that the DoD and justice department didn't keep the promised 1 year. When returning immigrant vets tried to get legal status.
-
Was interim 2002-03 when Bush43 signed EO that made Service personnel *immediately eligible* for citizenship. Congress made 3>1year variance permanent in '03. If DoD &/or JD didn't honor it, there had to be reasons; ~again CIV or MIL violation(s). Difficult to believe otherwise.
-
Regardless of that: The people that are blaming this scenario on President Trump ~Are 100% completely mistaken~All would have transpired long before his inauguration. If there was a previous change in policy that did not honor prior commitment, *w/o just cause* then it was wrong.
-
As much as I would love to blame everything on Trump you're correct it's nothing he did..
