First of I am a Christian. But that doesn’t mean I close my eyes to history. You could start in Genesis ch 24-25 to find the marriage of a 3 year old. It is also widely understood that Mary was 14 @ Jesus’ birth. The average and recommended age for marriage was 12 then.

If you're going to evaluate age-related marriage standards from 3000 years ago based on cultural standards of today, then yes a huge portion of the Hebrew bible is informed by a perspective that validates pedophilia.

In general though we do allow for religious texts to be related to by practitioners in a broader context then they were originally written.

For example it's highly likely that any messianic figure during Jesus's time would have significant racial biases based on context. That doesn't mean that messages that are explained as preaching brotherhood across racial boundaries are invalid, right?

Not a crusade. The term usually refers to an attracttion to prepubescent children. Colloquial misuse is obviously a thing, but I'm not sure it's helpful.
