        Yes there are. I'm in afghanistan often where you see both - there are many public venues where both are mixed I've performed at them.

        I'm from Pakistan and there is no restriction on mingling in public spaces but there is no culture for it either.

        Yes, the wedding scene in Pak is generally very open & OTT. Halls, vendors etc have no issue or say in segregation.
