The poorest voted for Clinton. The poorest-educated voted for Trump.

1) People vote their perception/reality, which is why the GOP worked 2 expand its base via delusions about widespread poverty.

2) The tactic is a US political tradition that works:wrkng class whites do poorly, thr politicians racialize that perspective to

3) 2 distract from pub. policies that transfer wealth from all working ppl, irrespective of race/edu status, 2 the rich/owners.
