@rezaaslan Appears to be a good thing for athletes. $5k cap was extremely arbitrary, low. Should be easier to get a lot more in courts now.

@rezaaslan In other words, amateurism was the big deal. Now cases can focus on smaller, easier to prove hurdles. NCAA would LOVE a $5k cap.
