@rezaaslan Without ending US sanctions, there wont be a deal. They now have the right to "disapprove" the deal & make Obama lifting illegal.
@BahmanKalbasi Obama can veto the bill disapproving deal - this bill has no real effect since congress can only remove sanctions anyway

@rezaaslan But they can override that if they have 67 votes. And delaying sanction relief for a month or more can be a problem to get a deal - 1 more reply
