        The war was wrong but initial polling did find most Iraqis saw the intervention as being right at the beginning.

        Polls from yougov and oxford research institute found that initially that the intervention did have support. As time went by it then went south form the latter part of around 04 onwards.

        It is ridiculous on the face of it. People were responding as to whether they wanted Saddam gone, not whether they wanted an American occupation. Scientific polling was impossible then

        They were asked a series of specific questions, were they occupiers or liberators, was it right or wrong that the US invaded etc. Again, initially the response to the latter question was in the positive, but turned negative as the war went on. http://news.bbc.co.uk/nol/shared/bsp/hi/pdfs/15_03_04_iraqsurvey.pdf …

        16 years and still counting. A humanitarian and refugee disaster that would befall on Europe would make the 6th century great migration of peoples look like a joke. I do not believe anything that comes out of their filthy mouths. If they said that the milk was white, I'd check.
