“I see a frothing mass of MAGA youth—who, since we’re taking in all angles here, go to a school where students fairly recently wore blackface to a basketball game—frenzied and yelling and out of control.”

I see a clearly disturbed man. Check a mirror; you will see him too.

I see someone who presents himself to the world as an authority on theology and spirituality projecting his inner rage towards a bunch of high school kids who aren't mature enough to accept responsibility for systemic racism in our country. Grow up.

I don't see anyone who has come out of this the better for it, including you.

Admit your Mistake. Take ownership and move on.

There’s been no mistake in assessing the behavior of those boys, none. All the kid’s statement proves is that he’s also a liar. In addition to bowing up on an elderly man, those boys have also been videoed harassing two young women, and yelling “it isn’t rape if you enjoyed it.”
-
I’m talking about the video with the Native American “Vietnam vet”, which is a lie. The media, and wannabes like
@rezaaslan, who somehow still has a fan or two. One white guy saying a bad thing doesn’t mean all white people are bad. -
I know exactly what video you’re talking about and I stand by my comment. Those boys are little assholes who deserve to be punished for their behavior.
-
Ok fine, you can have that opinion. What should their punishment be and what was their “crime”?
-
Their “crime” is believing to their core the lessons they have been taught by their parents and everyone else in their little world that they are to be accommodated and everyone else is meant to bend. That God looks like one of them and they are special over any other.
-
....wow.... you have witch like powers to draw that from the 15 second clip.
-
If I’m not mistaken, your assumptions have been made from the same 15 second clip, right? You even specified you are ONLY considering that one clip so... don’t know what you expect me to say to that comment. There’s nothing to say.
