I’ve said it before and I’ll definitely say it in the future, the book Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari is truly mind-blowing. It’s changed the way I look at almost everything. I can’t endorse it enough.

What's your issue with it? I think it'd be wonderful to get people to read a book that reminds them of how horrible humans have been and are.

You n Harari’s are my fav writers. Book of Sapiens is a fascinating book for me, but I would love to hear the reason of your ‘meh’.

What’s “meh” about that amazing book, Reza? Is your problem that it was written by a Jew?

Would love to hear more on your take on it. Is there a pod or article somewhere where you do? Also any new opinions or insights on the theory Jesus may have not even existed? Where do you come down? While I was reading “God” my sister was reading Sapiens: they seem similar.

I’ve since read Sapians and thought they complimented each other nicely.

I'm enjoying it, especially the part about the massive shift in our relationship to learning during the scientific revolution. Curious about your 'meh'.
