Of course not. The rapture knows if you’ve been bad or good, and if you’re in rapture you haven’t suffered a loss. Also, you can’t double-dip. If you’re praying for the rapture then and it comes, that’s an act of God for which you took responsibility. The insurer isn’t liable.

Less clear is what happens to those who never prayed for the rapture but suffered it anyway or were passed over for failing to be rapture-worthy and so got stuck looking after others’ pets.
