  That is of course subjective. But I went to see The Favourite expecting to really enjoy it. I didn't. Can't put my finger on it, but basically it was just weird and seemed to stall a lot kind of aimlessly.

  Second "The Favourite," Spiderman/Spider-verse," "Roma" (wow), "First Reformed" (incredible), many others. Didn't enjoy "Mary Queen of Scots" that much. Of the two English monarchical period films, "The Favourite" is my pick. The three leads, Colman, Stone, and Weisz triumph.
