I know the military likes the soldiers to adapt to the area, so can't really keep them to comfortable, maybe more tents though, that extensive budget should at least hook them up with more, no?

Adapt to the area? You mean America? My son is overseas and his accommodations are much better than this.

I meant the weather, and adjusting to climate, terrain, nights, and I do think accomodations should be better, especially with the budget focused more in that section.
