Wow. So out of curiosity, how did you get from Tel Aviv to Petra? Did you go down to Eilat and cross from there? (Or is there another way?)

Thanks! I've been to Israel several times, but not in a while, & when I saw yr itinerary, I was just, hmm, maybe there's some convenient alternate path to Petra I need to know about.
