Yes. I'm happy that the DOJ under Sessions will be taking steps to actively protect the religious liberties of Muslim Americans who have been the subject of so much bigotry and discrimination for practicing their religion.

Then you should re-read the pertinent documents. That phrase appears nowhere. What's stated is that no one religion can be established above all others, that all people are free to practice their religion as they see fit and that no religious test can be made for public office.
