Well, it's supposed to happen in less than a week. Giuliani has already stuck his foot in his mouth, and didn't didn't scupper it yet, but we still have a few days for one side or another to fuck it up somehow.

I mean, at this point, we've had the U.S. call it off once. If they call it off again, it really lets North Korea at least appear like the sensible ones here. If North Korea calls it off, though? They could. But I think Kim Jong-Un plays the long game better than Trump does.

The Trump/Kim meeting is just a show. And a distraction. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the whole thing has been staged. Even if it’s not staged, they’re both in this for personal / ego gain. They will both come away with that gain. And both countries will suffer for it.
