granted i am not a small business owner and i did not apply for a PPP loan, but when i get my tax refund some number of days/weeks after filing my taxes, i'm not like "where did this come from, what do i do," and i dont need IRS notice to connect the obvious dots

#ShelleyLuther is a rich, white republican from Texas who falsified documents for her PPP loan. Thats the truth. -
All of her stylist are on chair rental and considered self employed. She knew she had no employees with the possible exception of a receptionist/cashier. Fraud plain and simple.

I get the being confused about how to properly utilize it to keep the business afloat and in such a way that the loan is forgivable. However, the money didn’t fail from the sky - she had to apply for it - how did she not know where it came from??!?

My son received a letter with his PPP loan with a clear explanation of how he could use it so it would be forgivable. And it isn’t as though the money came to him out of nowhere - he had to apply for it.
