If Congressional offices are determined not to allow methods of communication which are *easier* for them to process, then they had better get ready to open and scan a lot of postal mail.

Is there a delay for letters for security? What about post cards?

Screening is unfortunately the downside; often post-cards can't fit what my folks are writing, but I can look at picking automatically based on letter length.
