When I try to move the channel to the brand account I created with a different email, there's no account to select. Is this because I'm trying to switch emails? I basically get to the last step before transferring the videos over, and then there's no account to move them to.

What you need to do is to move your channel to a new Brand Account using the steps outlined here: https://yt.be/help/KHjM . Once done, you would need to change the ownership to your new email address using these steps: https://yt.be/help/rYkq . Hope this clarifies!
