Paying workers $15/hr doesn't make you a "progressive workplace" when you union-bust & make workers urinate in water bottles. twitter.com/davehclark/sta

1/2 You don’t really believe the peeing in bottles thing, do you? If that were true, nobody would work for us. The truth is that we have over a million incredible employees around the world who are proud of what they do, and have great wages and health care from day one.

As a former Union member, it seemed my Union dues went to protecting marginal employees who did little as possible on the job. Some even faked injuries for extended time off while still allowed to keep their jobs. That increased workload on dedicated employees.

During the pandemic mostly all locations across our country did not offer restroom access. So truck drivers, delivery drivers took measures in our own hands.... keep extra Gatorade bottles with you.. even truck stops didn't offer restrooms for awhile

You’re taking for granted that they even get the “paying workers” part right all of the time

Here's a screenshot in case Amazon deletes this reply. Spread this like wildfire

Perhaps off topic but my best friend is a UPS driver and yes, he pees in a bottle to get through his day. I'm sure Amazon employees do the same.

Is this a guy thing? Because I’m 💯percent sure I would not be able to pee in a bottle. Amazon pays $17 an hour here, but I would not work there, I’ve read way too much about how they treat their workers, and the bad working conditions.
