That's a chunk of why he's being audited.
Abandoned co's and took a tax rebate, BUT exceeded how much revenue he could earn prior to abandonment AND claim the rebate.

The bigger question is why has Congress not closed these tax loopholes for the rich?
You're essentially rewarding rich people for being bad at business... There's no way that Trump is the only person using these loopholes to his advantage.
