He read that letter! That man came over here because of what NK IS PROMISED BY TRUMP. Trump is only trying to UP past presidents. He will never make that cut. That’s the only reason he read the letter summit cancelled. But he didn’t read ther hush deal offered

It's a very interesting letter means he doesn't know what it means. Later he figures out its easier to say he hasn't read it. Habitual liars all do the same thing.
