Probably not long since you probably doctor shopped to find a provider that is actually using it as first treatment.

Since when does a patient "decide" with their doctor on the best treatment?? If my doc asks my advice, I'm off to find a new one.. & only an immunologist or similar specialist should be prescribing this drug. & I was on it.. don't recommend it.
