Filling the SCOTUS vacancy during a lame duck session, after the American people have voted for new leadership, is undemocratic and a clear violation of the public trust in elected officials. Congress would have to act and expanding the court would be the right place to start.

Democrats must EXPAND SCOTUS regardless! The corrupt dark money GOP has stacked the federal & district courts with unqualifed and extremist "judges" who must be checked at the SCOTUS when they attack the Constitutional rights of Americans.

Democrats: No lame duck appointments! Also Democrats: Pack the courts so we can rule by judicial fiat instead of the legislative process!!
