Filling the SCOTUS vacancy during a lame duck session, after the American people have voted for new leadership, is undemocratic and a clear violation of the public trust in elected officials. Congress would have to act and expanding the court would be the right place to start.

This only works if we take back the Senate. We need to fight tooth and nail to claw our way back. There is no other option.
And restructure the entire judiciary and tie the number of seats to the population so this doesn’t become an unending game.

The house should immediately begin impeachment proceedings against Bill Barr and the President, for any one of the several impeachable offenses they’ve both committed in the last three months, and that should be the only business before the Senate.
