I don't agree. It's duplicitous and strains state funds. It's based on income. What NEEDS to be done, is stop giving base housing companies the members' full allowance regardless of rank. How can one member pay their allotment of $1800, but a higher ranking member must forfeit..

Almost $3k with a family FOR THE SAME HOUSE. members are receiving a reciprocal benefit for their sacrifice. SNAP is income based, so it is not a factor seeing as how BAS is in fact income.
