The Iñupiat on the North Slope call the Arctic home, and I've been fighting for their right to benefit from resource development alongside them for years. This week, @HouseDemocrats will push a bill telling these indigenous communities what they can and cannot do. It's wrong.
The State supports resource development in #ANWR. Alaskans support it. The Iñupiat who actually live there support it. Many of these Democrats haven't even been to Alaska, and we can't let them roll back progress on a settled issue.
