I stand corrected and apologize. There was a law Pam Bondi wanted to go into effect in July. I didn't realize Rick Scott stopped it. However if you lose your job, and there's a 6 month lapse pre-existing conditions aren't covered for 2 years. People like me are screwed.

So you dont see the whole ACA a flawed in that they stupidly combine all into one pool rather than putting pre existing in it's own pool. A much smaller pool with more direct help from the federal government to that small pool?? The ACA is a Stupid plan thru and thru..

If your roof has a leak do you abandon your house? No, you fix it. Is the ACA perfect? Absolutely not, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a solid framework that can be fixed. We can agree to disagree.

Apply your own analogy to the health care system that was in place BEFORE the ACA. Why can't I apply that saying to then and say YOUR side screwed up the fix??? Because you did again. Just like every time government thinks they are the answer. They screw up more

My side? I'm talking about healthcare. I'm talking about doing what's right for Americans. I'm old enough to know it's never worked. But, you don't repeal something with a plan that excludes hundreds of millions of people. That is just morally wrong.
