How many businesses want the liability of significant cash on hand?
I've never met a person who thinks it's a good idea for state-legal marijuana businesses to be forced to operate on a cash-only basis. These businesses just want to pay fair taxes w/ a check. If these business don't have bank accounts does that mean they pay their employees under the table? If that's the case does that mean we have 1200 industry workers not paying income tax?

Great job Earl! I really don't understand why it's taken this long from a business standpoint. Very dangerous to have cash in the first place. Federal government, letting tax money get away? Crazy!
