People who use cannabis should not be discriminated against in the workforce! This completely unwarranted and outrageous stigma is a relic of the failed war on drugs that needs to go.

It’s past time for making marijuana use legal nationwide, releasing those incarcerated for it, ending discrimination against it, and helping small marijuana businesses, esp in minority communities.

I HEAR but could be misinformed that the cannabis cannings were a cover for shite supremacists getting fired. They should not cover up what IS a crime with what *SHOULDN'T* be, though, especially with the stigma against cannabis.
So true. You don't get fired for having a few drinks on the weekends and alcohol is much more deadly.

You haven't even prevented businesses here in Oregon from randomly testing and firing employees...A place where there are more dispensaries (double) than starbucks! Here you can smoke, but not if you want more than a min wage job! Please, tell me again how appalled you are! 😆
