Speaking of education, why isn’t Oregon INCREASING their education budget from cannabis taxes instead of just using the taxes to coverwhats already budgeted?

If we spend $8.2 billion a year on education, and cannabis generates $32 million in taxes, that needs to go ON TOP of the $8.2 budgeted and just used to get to that original number.

This country is wealthy but a vast majority of its citizens are not

The benefit to the economy would be astronomical. The housing market would boom as people currently unable to buy would be financially able, retail sales would increase, car sales would increase, credit card debt could be repaid sooner, this is a win win.

Cleveland State is only $9000/year.

Maybe people should make better choices. We need to elect people that actually do something for the American people and not just talk about it.
