We need a whole new paradigm. Chronically ill ppl can’t get help in a Medicare-only system as certain tests aren’t even available/docs overworked/solution is drugs to alleviate symptoms. A US doc solved this Cdn’s dx and treatment
Americans pay almost twice as much as the rest of the world for a system that provides excellent care for few, mediocre care for others, & fails the rest.
