Taxation of marijuana sales in IL would go a very long way to solving the states budgetary issues. It’s not like those who would smoke legal and taxed marijuana aren’t already smoking illegal and untaxed marijuana.

The man has a law degree and has capitulated our rights to life, liberty and property secured by the 4th and 5th amends. He believes criminal laws are a political question because what is a crime is not a fundamental right. NORML included. They set court precedent in the 70's.
