Why destroy all the efforts California has made over the past 30+ years!? They have brought back such beauty to that state after it was nearly destroyed by smog. I moved to the Pac NW from So Cal 40 years ago to raise my kids in clean air. Why go back to that??

California gets energy mostly from natural gas and nuclear power plants. Natural gas burns with less carbon emmissions, but comes from fracking fields in the Midwest, which is the most greenhouse gas emmitting process. California just shifts its carbon emmissions to other states.

Earl it's time to loosen up restrictions. This is a focus point of getting the economy rolling. Being a Congressman like you are I figured you might have taken some economics classes. High school, college? Take a Look at California what a mess. Economy to immigration, high taxes

If California is no longer benefiting from the union, perhaps it is time for a Calexit. Maybe the whole West Coast.

earl, we in oregon DO NOT want to be like California. Illegals shouldn't be allowed to vote. We DON'T want homeless people living on our streets. We DON'T want garage, needles and feces on our streets. Oregonians LOVE President Trump!
