Once a creator reaches 1,000 subs, their public sub count will show the first 3 significant digits of their sub count, followed by the letter that signifies where the number was truncated (k = Thousand; M = Million). Ex: 1,543 = 1.54k. Here's more info: https://yt.be/help/LF4J
