    holy hell, just discovered that Renoise has a built-in bridge to run 32 bits VST, that's huge. so many great (and terrible) late 2000's stuff that was never updated I finally have a reliable way to use again, without having to buy a separate bridge

    Not sure how I would extract a sample of it but it sounds like this in the current song I'm working on. I'm using spitfire audio's Labs vst for the hammered dulcimer samples then running it through the guitar cabinet simulator built into Renoise for the distortion effect.

    Gameboy Advance synth I got from is AMAZING! Easy to use. This is all from the Gameboy. No mixing or effects, just a GBA, a midi interface from Catskull Electronics, and a copy of Renoise.
