@istumbler @Apple Equalizes dev claiming no responsibility for an account on his card and devices?

@reneritchie sure, e.g.: new client, doesn't know how to sign up for the dev program, want's the app in their name

@reneritchie my point: just because accounts where linked in the past, does not mean that they still are

@istumbler Far as I know, accounts didn’t auto-renew until very recently.

@reneritchie Why is it simply an "other account" and that he helped "someone". In private discussions with Apple, just say who!

@reneritchie @BenSoucie But they were still using the same test devices - so there was still a connection between the accounts.

@reneritchie If he’s lying, at this point, doesn’t it mean Apple is willing to overlook fraud to protect their reputation?

@BenDiFrancesco @reneritchie Apple doesn’t decide what is fraud. That’s up to the legal system.
