@YouTube i have not seen a single end card for months, they just dont appear at all, and I have this issue both on mobile and on browser. Is there a settings toggle I mightve switched or is this something else? I want those end screens back

Thanks for reaching out. If its happening on the app, you can Uninstall > Restart > Reinstall. If its on browser, try clearing the cache and cookies to see if that makes a difference. Keep us posted.

Hi, I just noticed that the problem is only present when I'm signed in. I cannot uninstall Youtube because it's pre-installed on my phone, and my Firefox settings delete cache automatically

Appreciate the details. Just to confirm, are you using the updated version of the app and the browser? Let us know if that makes a difference.

Just updated both recently, did that again just now, even restarted both devices, but unfortunately no difference. Could there possibly be a settings I might have fiddled with that disabled those cards? Because when logged out, they work as expected

Thanks for trying those steps. Is it happening across devices? Also, try using a different browser/Private browsing to see if that fixes the issue. Keep us posted.

I just found out that the problem is only present on my channel profile. My plain Google account doesn't have this issue. Could the problem be related to channel profiles?

While it's hard to say. We'd recommend sending us a feedback report directly from your YouTube account with these steps: https://yt.be/help/RYwc . You may not get a direct response, but we do review everything to investigate and fix issues.
